Fried tripe with green and red peppers
Ingredients
Green and red peppers, tripe with soy sauce, coriander, soy sauce, MSG, cooking wine, onion and ginger oil, sugar , salt in appropriate amounts.
Method
1. Cut the tripe into shreds, shred the green and red peppers, remove the leaves from the coriander, wash and cut into sections.
2. Blanch tripe in boiling water and set aside.
3. Heat the onion and ginger oil in the wok, add shredded green and red peppers and coriander segments and stir-fry briefly. Add cooking wine, add soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, salt, tripe, stir well and serve.
