What are the symptoms of balanitis?
Balanitis mostly occurs in men with phimosis or long foreskin, mainly due to secondary infection caused by unclean genitals.

(1) Symptoms of acute superficial balanitis: early local flushing, redness and swelling of penis skin, burning and itching of glans. Open the foreskin to see congestion, erosion, exudation and even bleeding. Small ulcers and milky white odor secretions can be seen after secondary infection.

(2) Symptoms of annular ulcerative balanitis: Erythema can be seen on the foreskin of the glans, which gradually expands into a ring and forms an ulcer surface.

(3) Symptoms of balanitis caused by Candida albicans: Erythema can be seen on the foreskin glans, with smooth surface, small herpes and clear edge, and erosion and exudation during acute attack.

(4) Symptoms of trichomonal balanitis: The papules and erythema on the glans gradually expand, with clear edges. Needle-sized blisters can be seen on the erythema, and finally a rotten surface is formed.
