Another way is to make a rice ball by hand. The rice ball is rectangular, the length of the rice ball is the same as the width of your palm, and then cover it with a piece of salmon and ham. These methods can be used without sushi curtains, which is very common in Japan, but sushi restaurants in China rarely use them, and we don't know.
This way, the seaweed is not required to be large, and your seaweed does not need to be changed.
Let me give you an example:
Handrolled sushi:
(1) First, put a piece of laver (or laver that can be used directly) flat, with the smooth side down.
② Spread sushi rice evenly on seaweed.
(3) Put all kinds of food on the rice, such as fish, shrimp, shellfish and other seafood, vegetables, condiments, spicy, sauces and so on.
(4) Finally, the seaweed is rolled into a roll from one end, dipped in water with a knife and cut into uniform and thin round piers.
