The difference between Tricholoma and white mushrooms
Tricholoma is a kind of white mushroom, which is a kind of white Agaricus blazei wild mushroom growing on Mongolian grassland. It usually grows in places with sheep bones or sheep dung, and it tastes very delicious.

Because the local products of Tricholoma mongolica were previously exported to the mainland through Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, Zhangjiakou is the distribution center of Mongolian goods, so it is called "Tricholoma mongolica". Different places have different names, also called white mushrooms and white mushrooms.

Tricholoma is an umbrella-shaped fruiting body, white, with a cover width of 5- 17cm, hemispherical to flat, white and smooth, and the initial edge is rolled in. Mushroom meat is white and thick, and mushroom pleats are white and dense, arc-shaped, with different lengths. The stipe is thick and white, with a length of 3.5-7 cm and a thickness of 1.5-4.6 cm. The stipe is solid and slightly enlarged at the base.

Tips for selecting Tricholoma:

1, the appearance feels solid, and the shape of Tricholoma is slightly different according to different varieties. General Tricholoma is milky white and shiny, and its appearance is white and smooth. A good Tricholoma feels solid when picked up.

2. The mushroom cap is nearly spherical or hemispherical, even and regular. The mushroom cap with good diameter should be nearly spherical and small, generally 2~4cm. If it is broken or irregular, it is not recommended to choose.

3. Seeing that the liver of the stipe is short, the stipe of Tricholoma with good quality should be short, and the stipe should be tightly surrounded by the cap. Tricholoma without mycelium from childhood is the best Tricholoma.
