1. Steam. Unpack the frozen scallops without defrosting and steam them directly in a steamer for 5 to 6 minutes. When steaming is complete, they can be served on a platter, topped with hot oil and sprinkled with scallions, depending on serving requirements.
2. Sauté. First, defrost and clean the scallops, soak the vermicelli in water and make garlic paste. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add scallops and sauté until 7 to 8 minutes, then add fans and sauté until the fans are soft and crispy and the scallops are cooked all the way through.
3. Thaw and steam in microwave. Thaw the frozen scallops in the microwave oven, then unpack the scallops and place them neatly in a steamer basket, add a little water and steam for 7 to 10 minutes. After steaming, you can peel the scallop vermicelli from the shells and pour them into a bowl and stir to serve.
4. Oven or microwave heating. Unpacking, the product does not need to be thawed, directly into the preheated oven or microwave heating, depending on the size of the scallops and the power of the oven, the heating time is about 5 to 6 minutes. After heating, they can be seasoned according to personal preference.
