How to Make Dried Umeboshi ?
Prepare the fresh cabbage, remove the rotten leaves, start a pot of boiling water, add salt (taste the water, if you think it will be salty, don't be so salty as to be bitter), turn off the heat, and then drop the cabbage a few by a few into the water, and immediately pick it up
Put the cabbage on a hanger to dry, and then put it in the sun, put it in a ventilated area where it won't be exposed to dew in the evening, and then leave it alone
After a day of sunbathing, you will start to smell the light fragrance of plums.
If the weather is good, you can harvest the cabbage in three or four days, or you can just leave it to dry and take it down when you want to eat it and put it in the right place (nine pounds of cabbage drying on this hanger)
Tips
Don't cook it for too long in the water, soak it and pick it up
