Steps 1
Pour one bag of yogurt into a pot and heat it over a low flame, put in the sugar. Step 1
Pour the bag of yogurt into a saucepan over low heat, add the sugar, put as much as you like, increase the heat and bring it to a boil
Step 2
Then add the cornstarch and flour with water to make a batter, add it to the boiling yogurt (milk), stir quickly over low heat and don't let it stick to the pan
Step 3
Cook it until it becomes thick and sticky
Step 4
Put it into this kind of quartet box, and preferably wrap it in a layer of plastic wrap so that it will be easy to clean and dry. Wrap it with a layer of plastic wrap so it won't stick, and press it flat! Once cooled, just put it in the fridge to chill!
Step 5
Take it out, cut it into cubes, and wrap it in wonton wrappers, or you can mix egg and flour to make a batter instead, but I like to use wonton wrappers, it's much better and looks better!
Step 6
Fry it in oil and it's ready
Step 7
I ended up using tomato salsa with a little bit of sugar and sprinkled it on top of the yogurt chunks, which made it feel super tasty! Sweet and sour! You can skip this step
