The top ten rankings of French red wine brands are: Chateau Sapoutier, Gigarelle Seigneurie, Drip Gold, Mouton Rothschild, Husbandman, Latour, Paulmas, Margaux, Cheval Blanc, and Louis Latour.
Chateau Chateau de Chateau de Sapoutier has several premium vineyards throughout the Rhone Valley to Chateauneuf-du-Pape; Gigale Segur was ranked sixth on the list of the world's top 50 most admired wine brands in 2016; and Dijon was the only winery to receive the award, with the world's number one nobly rotted dessert wine.
France made an exception and elevated Chateau Mouton Rothschild to First Growth status, and so far it is the only chateau to receive the honor. Chateau Haut-Brion was one of the top chateaux at the time of the Bordeaux wine rating in 1855, and one of the five great chateaux of Bordeaux. Chateau Latour was one of the top chateaux at the time of the 1855 Bordeaux wine rating, and one of the five great Bordeaux chateaux.

Chateau Louis Latour is the largest owner of Grand Cru vineyards in Burgundy and the oldest surviving family-run grower and wine merchant.
Red Wine
