Production Methods Editor
(1) Production Method of Full Nutritional Oyster Powder
The oyster is processed by freezing at a temperature of 0~-5℃, and then the cells are broken, and then the enzyme system of the oyster is activated to increase the speed of the catalytic reaction to promote the rapid autolysis of the oyster cells under a certain condition, and then the water-soluble product is condensed and dried, and then it will become a full nutritional oyster powder with a pale color without fishy smell. After concentration and drying, it becomes light-colored oyster powder without fishy smell. The utilization rate of oyster is as high as 95-98.5%.
(2)Common method
Put 1kg of fresh oyster directly or washed into a pressure cooker (capacity of 6L, pressure of 98kPa), add 1L of pure water, and boil under the pressure of 98kPa for about 30min, and then return to atmospheric pressure, then filter it under reduced pressure with a filter paper to get milky white extract. Then, add 1L of pure water to the residue, boil it for about 30min, filter it, mix this filtrate with the original extract, and then distill the extract under vacuum (0.133-0.66kPa, temperature 70-80°C) to obtain a viscous russet flow-through liquid with 67.34% moisture, 440g. The liquid was pale in color compared with that before vacuum distillation. The concentrated liquid was dried instantly by using common spray drying method (instant hot air temperature of 180℃, outlet temperature of 80℃, drop rate of 30mL per minute), and 125g of uniform light yellow micropowder was obtained.

Oyster contains 18 kinds of amino acids, hepatic glucose element, B vitamins, taurine and calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and other nutrients, regular consumption can improve the body's immunity. Taurine contained in oysters can lower blood fat and blood pressure.
[Moistening the lungs and tonifying the kidneys]
In ancient Greek mythology, oyster is the food of love. From the Chinese medicine point of view oyster passes water and qi, moisturizes the lungs and facilitates kidney water. Western medicine verifies that it is one of the most zinc-containing natural foods (up to 100mg per hundred grams of oyster meat), which means that eating only 2~3 oysters a day provides you with the zinc you need throughout the day. The great value of zinc is reflected in the fact that it is a vital mineral in the male reproductive system, especially in the last fifty years when the sperm count of men has declined significantly, and it is more important to get enough zinc.

Oysters contain a variety of vitamins and minerals, especially selenium can regulate the nerves, mood stabilization.
[Brain]
The taurine, DHA and EPA contained in oysters are important nutrients needed for intellectual development. Glycogen is the reserve form of energy in the human body, which can improve the efficiency of human physical and mental activities. In addition, pharmacological experimental studies have shown that the use of oyster shells to increase the body's zinc content, can improve the body's zinc-cadmium ratio, which is conducive to improving and preventing high blood pressure, and play a role in brain protection and brain health.
[Benefit the stomach and promote the generation of fluids]

[Prolong life]
Oysters are rich in nucleic acids, which play an important role in protein synthesis, thus slowing down skin aging and reducing the formation of wrinkles. With age, the ability of human body to synthesize nucleic acid is gradually reduced, and can only be ingested from food, and the milk that people drink every day is obviously not as good as "seabed milk"
