Steps
1. Clean the root impurities of Cordyceps flowers. The ones I bought are fully sealed and do not need to be cleaned;
2. Crab-flavored mushrooms Cut off the roots, wash and drain;
3. Cut lean meat slices and ginger slices;
4. Pour about 3-4 bowls of water into a casserole, and submerge the ginger slices and meat slices under cold water ;
5. Remove the foam after boiling;
6. Add cordyceps flowers and crab-flavored mushrooms;
7. Add seaweed and bring to boil. Minutes;
8. Add salt to taste;

Tips
The fungi themselves are very delicious, so there is no need to add chicken essence or anything like that. Besides, I never have these "additives" at home, so I don't have any!
