There are 2 local chain brands in Kunming, Jiahua and Palace, which are very popular, affordable and tasty, and can be found everywhere in Kunming. In comparison Jiahua is more popular, the JUST HOT you mentioned is actually Jiahua's high end series.

I would recommend Dobbs, which is a little more expensive than Kiawah, but definitely better than Kiawah, and there are not too many stores, but there is one each in Xiaoximen, Beijing Road, and Shili Changjie.

Of course, the national chain of Holliday Kunming also has, Xiaoximen, Jinbi Road, Shili Changjie I have seen.

Rosa I do not recommend, really not good.
