There are countless ways to eat olives. The black rice dumplings with egg yolk and meat floss are the most delicious.
Ingredients: black rice, rice, salted egg yolk, meat floss, salad dressing, chopped sesame and seaweed, olives, honey mustard salad dressing, etc.
Specific steps:
1. Wash one-third cup of black rice (the measuring cup that comes with the rice cooker), add water and soak for about two hours.
2. Wash a cup and a half of rice, add black rice and the water used to soak the black rice, mix evenly, add an appropriate amount of water according to your own taste, and steam it in a rice cooker.
3. Wash off the film on the surface of the salted egg yolk, put cold water into the pot, turn on the steam, and steam for about 8 minutes.
4. Put the steamed salted egg yolk into a large bowl and crush it.
5. Add pork floss and salad dressing, stir evenly until it can be kneaded into a ball.
6. Divide the egg yolk and meat floss into 20g pieces.
7. When the rice is cooked until it is no longer hot, add chopped sesame and seaweed according to your own taste, and stir the olives evenly.
8. Take an appropriate amount of rice (about 40 grams), pinch it tightly and press it flat.
9. Add egg yolk and meat floss filling.
10. Pinch tightly and arrange into a regular circle.
11. Drizzle with honey mustard salad dressing.
Tips:
(1) The rice should be slightly harder to taste.
(2) If you don’t have olives, you don’t have to put them in.
(3) Just choose your favorite salad dressing to pour on the rice balls.
