Wash, dry and slice apples (with or without skin)
Spread 10% of the bottom of the jar Rock sugar, add apple slices
Put another 10% rock sugar on top and seal.
Generally, it can be eaten in about a year. However, apple cider vinegar is made entirely from apples without the help of vinegar. It takes a long time and the juice is low, but the taste is mellow.
You can prepare the ratio of apples and rock sugar by yourself, usually 1:0.5 (one pound of apples and half a pound of rock sugar). Honey can be added to make the taste more mellow.

It is said that this natural fermentation method will first turn into apple cider, and it will take a year to become vinegar. If you want to speed up the process, you can wait about 1 to 2 months before pouring pure brown rice vinegar. Do not add vinegar and apples together, so that the taste will be better.
