Black tea bags and water into the milk pot with high heat to boil, turn the heat down and cook for 5 minutes, remove from the heat, cover and smother for 5 minutes
The next step is to brew milk tea. There are two ratios of tea and milk in milk tea, the first is tea: milk ratio of 3:1, the second tea: milk ratio is 4:1. the former taste will be smooth some, but the tea flavor is light, the latter tea flavor will be stronger. You can choose according to your preference
Select your favorite tea-milk ratio. First pour light milk in the cup, then rinse in black tea water, rinse black tea water when the milk pot should be rinsed down at a certain height from the cup. This will produce a lot of milk foam. The milk tea will only taste smooth.
Next make the pearls
Brown sugar and hot water mix and boil, add it to the tapioca while it is still hot

Pour it in little by little, stirring while pouring until it forms a ball. The amount of liquid will vary depending on the absorbency of different brands of tapioca. So don't pour it in all at once. If you still find the dough dry after pouring the liquid, you can continue to add hot water until it forms a ball
Then it's time to roll out the pearls, according to your favorite size, pull out a little bit of dough. Put it in the palm of your hand and roll it out. The rolled pearls should be put into a plate sprinkled with tapioca flour, otherwise they will stain haha.

Put the water in the pot to boil, add the rolled pearls, and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the pearls. After cooking, turn off the heat, cover and smother for 15 minutes. The cooked pearls are transparent
