The practice of boiled pig lungs with white radish;
1. Put the pig lung under the tap and wash it repeatedly until it is clean.
2. Peel the white radish in half and cut it into small pieces.

4. Slice the pork and cut the onion into small pieces.
5. Boil the water in the pot, put it in the pig's lungs and remove the dirty things inside.
6. Remove and wash the floating foam with cold water.
7. Add white radish segments and pig lungs to a boiling pot and bring to a boil.
