6 shrimps, 2 eggs, 85g warm water, proper salt, a little green beans, a few drops of sesame oil, soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, a little chopped green onion and a little white sesame seeds.
Exercise:
1. First, prepare the ingredients and molds needed for steaming eggs.
2. Beat the eggs into the egg bowl, add a little salt to disperse, then pour 85g of warm water, while stirring, slowly stir evenly.
3. Sift the stirred egg mixture into the cooking box.
4. Put the shrimp and green beans into the egg mixture.
5. Cover the lid and put it in the steamer.
6. Turn on the power supply, select the first raw material steaming program, check the water tank and fill it with pure water.
7. Start from a fixed time of 18 minutes.
8. Pour sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chopped green onion and white sesame into a small bowl, add a little purified water and mix well.
9. After the program, directly open the steaming oven and take out the mold.
10. Pour the prepared juice on the steamed eggs, and our steamed eggs will be ready.
