Water molecules and odor small molecular volatiles in raw materials are quickly separated from raw oil under vacuum and flow into the tube bundle condenser with vacuum. Under the circulation of cold water, the separated water molecules and odor molecules are forced to condense into distilled water and collected in the separation tank.

The separation efficiency of oil residue is high, and the impurity content in oil is below 0.65438 0%, which improves the oil refining rate and refined oil quality in the subsequent process.
