3. Fried potato chips.
Put twice the amount of oil in the pan as usual for cooking, pour the cold oil into the cold pan and fry the potato strips over low heat until the surface of the potatoes turns golden brown. You can use a shovel to press the potato strips repeatedly so they cook faster and you don't have to flip them too frequently. And be careful not to set the heat too high, otherwise the potatoes will burn easily on the outside and not be cooked on the inside.
4. Mix potato chips.
Pour in the dipping sauce from the second step, stir-fry repeatedly with a spatula, coat evenly with the seasoning, then sprinkle some sesame oil to enhance the aroma, and you can take it out of the pot and plate it.
