Materials:
A large broccoli, some black fungus (you can also choose the kind of auricularia auricula, which is a specialty of Northeast China, and it tastes soft and smooth, but my family likes crispy and chewy black fungus) and some carrots.

1, auricularia auricula is soaked in cold water (cold water can keep nutrition from losing more than hot water), hard roots are cut off and torn into small pieces by hand.

Exercise:
1: Wash broccoli, remove roots and break into small flowers. Boil the water in the pot, add some salt, add broccoli, roll it for a while, not too much water, just cover the broccoli.

Composition:
Dried Chili, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, minced garlic and white vinegar.
Exercise:
1. Wash broccoli, cut carrots in half, and then cut into half-moon slices with a thickness of about1-2mm;
