Therefore, the number of shop inspections and sentinel inspections has been increased, and the company's personnel have been continuously inspected to ensure that personnel management is not out of control. At the same time, in view of the phenomenon that officers and men are easy to get up on time when the weather gets cold in winter, in addition to getting up on time every day, the whole company is mainly urged to get up quickly and get ready at ordinary times. Through persuasion, education and implementation with instructors, from military training to dressing and wearing hats, every detail is never missed. Through daily management, the daily cultivation of officers and men has been further strengthened, and the combat effectiveness of the company has been significantly improved.

(2) Strict daily management of equipment

According to the characteristics of our company's weapons and equipment, we mainly do the following work: First, we should adhere to the daily equipment management system, carefully review the weapons maintenance plan, implement the work of reaching the standard every maintenance day and the "three modernizations", and repair or replace naturally damaged and aging weapons, vehicles and equipment in time.

Second, strictly implement the equipment safety inspection system, make regular inspections and irregular spot checks, and eliminate unsafe hidden dangers in time. Especially in the process of training and shooting, in view of various possible situations, we should plan and start early, try our best to overcome difficulties, correct problems in time, and ensure that the command post equipment and weapons and vehicles are always in good condition.

Although some achievements have been made, there are still some shortcomings:

1, sometimes there is impatience in management and the method is not flexible enough;

2. The study of modern military science and technology knowledge is not deep enough;

3. There is still room for further improvement in the implementation of the standards for the formation of companies in the Outline.
