Wuyun tea in Huaguoshan has a long history, which began in the Song Dynasty and flourished in the Qing Dynasty. It has a production history of more than 900 years and was once listed as a royal tribute. As the main famous specialty of Huaguo Mountain, it is called "Yunwu Tea" because it grows on the mountain for many years and is surrounded by clouds. Due to insufficient sunshine and slow growth, the output has been low, which is even more precious.
Wu Yun is produced in Guo Hua, which is located in Yuntaishan District, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Most of the tea trees in Guo Hua are distributed on the gentle slopes with dense forests and numerous flowers and fruits at an altitude of about 500 meters. The mountain here is not high, and it is close to the Yellow Sea. It is located in the transitional zone between warm temperate zone and subtropical zone, with lush vegetation and colorful peaks and peaks. The special geographical latitude has created four distinct seasons, suitable temperature, moderate rainfall, abundant sunshine, strong photosynthesis during the day, weak respiration at night and large temperature difference between day and night, which is beneficial to the formation and accumulation of tea contents, thick leaves and rich contents of amino acids, tea polyphenols and caffeine.
Toulonggou Tea Farm on the west side of water curtain cave in Huaguoshan is the most unique. This place is near the peak, and it is covered with fog all the year round. Often, the night fog does not disperse, and Xiaoyun rises again. The tea trees here, moistened by fog and water all day, always spit on the tea tips early, with slender buds and leaves, becoming the top grade of Huaguoshan Yuncha.
In recent years, Wu Yun tea has made great progress. There are nearly 2,000 mu of tea gardens in the city, with an annual output of nearly100t of Wu Yun tea. The production process of Wuyun tea is scientific and standardized, and there are strict technical requirements from fresh leaf picking, enzyme fixation, rolling, shaping, drying to brewing. 1980, Nanjing Yuhua Tea and Suzhou Biluochun are listed as the three famous teas in Jiangsu Province. Now it is sold to major cities and exported to Japan, Singapore, Europe and America.
First, the characteristics of Huaguoshan Yuncha
Wuyun tea has a long history, which began in Song Dynasty and existed in Qing Dynasty. It is produced in Huaguoshan, the hometown of the Monkey King on the Yellow Sea, and grows in the mist.
Wuyun tea has delicate fresh leaves, exquisite frying technology and high contents of amino acids, caffeine and protein. The rope is tight and round, shaped like an eyebrow, with graceful peaks and seedlings, green and vivid color juice, juicy and fresh flavor, high and lasting fragrance and clear soup color. After drinking, the teeth and cheeks are fragrant, the mouth is delicious, the mind and brain are clear, the fire is clear, and the eyes are clear.
Second, the soaking method
First, put tea leaves (according to the required concentration before drinking tea) into a cup and soak them in boiling water at about 80℃. The measuring cup should be soaked in the position of 1/3, with an interval of 3-5 minutes, so that the tea leaves can be juicy and have a high and lasting aroma. It is forbidden to soak in boiling water, which will easily burn the tea leaves and stop the soup.
Third, the storage method
Tea leaves should be kept in a cool and dry place, away from moisture. According to the storage capacity of tea leaves, if necessary, put lime bags in tea leaves to remove water, so as to ensure that it will not deteriorate within one year.
