Production method:
The first step: wash the cauliflower and remove the broken skin and knots outside.
Step 2: cut the mustard tuber into strips with uniform size, wash and control the moisture.
Step 3: Take a shredded mustard tuber and put it in a container, add a little edible salt and spiced powder (put Chili oil in the spicy one, and ignore the ones that can't be eaten).
Step 4: Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well.
