One: onion fat beef
Ingredients: Fat beef roll, onion, green pepper, ginger, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt.
Exercise:
1, shred onion for later use.

2. Bring boiling water to a high fire, add kimchi and hot sauce and cook together.

Three: sour soup fat beef
Ingredients: fat beef roll, pickled radish, pickled sauerkraut, onion, Flammulina velutipes, green and red pepper rings, salt, oil, cooking wine, white pepper and pickled wild pepper.
Exercise:
1. Wash Flammulina velutipes, slice pickles and shred sour radish.
2. Pepper, green pepper and chopped green onion.
3. Boil Flammulina velutipes, add salt and oil, cook Flammulina velutipes, remove and drain, and then plate.
