Ingredients ? : 2 slices of jerry canes, 1 tbsp + 1 tsp of matcha tea, 110G of lactone tofu, 25G of sugar, 100G of milk, 80G of cream.
I, soak jerry canes in water to soften them.
Two, beat the tofu + matcha with a blender.
Three, milk + cream + sugar, heat and stir until the sugar completely melted.
four, pour the matcha tofu mixture into step 3 and mix well.
fifth, add in the giardiniera (without the water) and mix well.
Sixth, the box pre-lined with a layer of plastic wrap, the whole liquid sifted into the box lined with plastic wrap (sifted oh ~ ~ to not have uneven small pieces mixed in), cool, into the refrigerator overnight. (Do not have to overnight, as long as the solidification is OK, to a few hours time).
Seven, carefully lift the plastic wrap, take out the tofu as a whole, cut into shapes of your choice.
