(a) the office staff should ask for leave from the competent leader in time when they are sick, and submit a sick note, which should be signed by the competent leader and reported to the personnel department for the record.

(two) the staff of the institution shall ask for leave from the unit leader in time, and submit a sick leave form, which shall be signed by the unit leader and reported to the comrades in charge of personnel in the office for the record.

(3) Wages of employees during sick leave

1, within two months of sick leave (excluding public holidays, the same below), the original salary will be paid as usual.

2. If the sick leave lasts for more than two months but less than six months, the salary during the sick leave period shall be paid according to the following standards from the third month:

(1) If the working years are 10 years or less, pay 90% of my basic salary (calculated on a daily basis, the same below);

(2) If the working years are 1 1 year or above, the original salary will be paid as usual.

3, sick leave for more than 6 months, from the seventh month, according to the following standards:

(1) If the working years are 10 years or less, 70% of my basic salary will be paid;

(2) If the working years are 1 1 to 20 years, 80% of my basic salary will be paid;

(3) If the working experience is 2 1 year or above, it will be paid at 90% of my basic salary;

4, workers enjoy the treatment of provincial and ministerial level and above model workers, sick leave within 6 months, the original salary is reproduced; If the sick leave lasts for more than 6 months, the salary during the sick leave can be increased by 10%- 15% on the basis of the corresponding working years, but the maximum salary shall not exceed my original salary.
