Accessories: 20g red dates, 20g wolfberry, 10g green onions, 10g ginger, 5g salt, 5ml sesame oil
1. Preparation Material.
2. Clean the pigeons, rinse them with clean water, boil a pot of water, scald the pigeons to remove blood foam and impurities.
3. Soak red dates and wolfberry in water beforehand.
4. Put the processed pigeons into the pot, add the chopped green onions and ginger slices.
