How to stir-fry fungus
Main Ingredients: hydrated fungus, peanut kernels, cucumber
Accessories: oil, salt, scallion, ginger, sugar, seasoning, pepper, sesame oil
Steps:
1. Wash the hydrated fungus, then tear it into small pieces and set aside.
2. Cucumber peeled and washed cut into small strips, scallions cut into segments, ginger shredded.
3. Pour cooking oil into the frying pan, cold oil into the pan into the peanut rice, slowly stir-frying incense on low heat and then fish out.
