Introduction:
The fern is also known as the fistula. Commonly known as "mountain wild cabbage", it is the young shoots of a wild fern, some species of which are edible.
The fern is born in shallow mountainous areas of sunny plots, mostly distributed in sparse mixed coniferous and broad forests; the edible part of the unfolding of the young leaves and buds, the fern processed by the taste of fragrant and slippery, and then mixed with condiments, cool and refreshing, is a rare and superior wine dishes, but also can be fried and eaten, processed into a dried vegetable, stuffing, pickled into canned goods, and so on. It is widely distributed in mainland China as well as Southeast Asia, and it is also popular on the dinner tables of these regions.
