The Eight Unique Snacks of Qinhuai refers to eight special snacks with the most Qinhuai flavor in Nanjing, one of the four largest snacks in China, and the first local snack standard approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. There are eight kinds of snacks made by seven dim sum shops in Confucius Temple area in Nanjing, which are famous for their fine technology, beautiful shape, exquisite materials and unique flavor.
