Preparation materials: peaches, rock sugar and water.
1 First, we clean the peaches, rinse them with clear water and rinse them several times.
2. Then split the peach from the middle with a knife and remove the peach core in the middle, as shown in the figure below.
3. Then put the peaches in a saucepan, put the peaches in clear water, and add a proper amount of rock sugar, as shown below.
4. Then bring the fire to a boil, and then turn to a small fire for slow stew, as shown below.
5, simmer for about 40 minutes, and then you start to collect juice, as shown below.
6. Next, when the soup thickens, turn off the fire and let it cool, and put the peaches and syrup together in the jar for preservation.
