Ingredients
1 cup of cake flour, 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/4 of milk, 1/4 cup of fine sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of cream, appropriate amount of powdered sugar (Sprinkle the surface)
Method
1. Preparation: After the butter has softened at room temperature, use a whisk to beat the eggs into egg juice, add the cream and continue to beat well, add fine sugar to the pot and add Boil 1/4 water into sugar water and set aside
2. Sift the baking powder and sieve the baking powder into a paste and add 1/4 milk to form a paste.
3. Add egg liquid and mix well. Heat the oil pan
4. Take a stainless steel garden spoon and rinse it in the oil pan. After taking it out, pour an appropriate amount of batter (to prevent sticking)
Put it into the hot oil pan. The inside is like deep-fried dough sticks. The high-risen balls will fall off the spoon by themselves, frying into golden brown and draining.
5. After everything is fried, brush a layer of sugar water on top, then sprinkle with powdered sugar, and it’s ready.
Note: Fried phoenix balls are just like deep-fried fried dough sticks. The amount of oil should be sufficient and the oil should be hot, so as not to cause the phoenix balls to stick to the pan due to the low temperature of the oil when placing in the pan.
It is best to fry them one by one. The heat is very important. The color will not look good after a long time. The same is true for fried dough sticks.
