Raw materials: mutton, lotus root, medlar, red dates, green onions, shallots and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Wash the mutton several times with clear water, then boil the pot with boiling water, and pour the washed mutton into the pot and blanch it (blanch it for a while).
2. Take out the mutton and rinse it with clear water, pour out the dirty water in the pot, clean the pot, then add a pot of clear water, put the mutton in, cut the onion and ginger into pieces and put them together in the pot. The fire lasted about 40 minutes (depending on people).
3. Peel the lotus root and cut it into hob blocks, then rinse it with water several times and soak it in a basin of clear water.
4. When the mutton is cooked for about 40 minutes, add the washed lotus root and red dates, stew for about 15 minutes, add Lycium barbarum, stew for about 15 minutes, turn off the fire, stew for a while, then uncover the lid, chop up the shallots and sprinkle them on the soup.
