The technological process of making rice noodles in rice noodle factory is relatively simple, generally divided into two kinds, one is wet production process and the other is dry production process.

Wet production process

First, the selected rice is repeatedly crushed into broken rice by a roller, then it is soaked in water for 5-6 hours, the sunken stones are picked out, the water is poured out, then the broken rice is ground into rice slurry, filtered again, the rice slurry is stored, then the mixed materials are put in, steamed, cooled, the rice slurry is matured, and then cut, washed and cut into shapes according to the manufactured length.

Dry production process

First, the selected rice is repeatedly crushed into broken rice by a roller, then soaked in water for 5-6 hours, the sunken stones are picked out, the water is poured out, the materials are added, steamed by a rice flour mill, squeezed into vermicelli, then left to stand for aging, then cut into required lengths, and then washed and dried.
