(5) boiler safety management of the rules and regulations;
(6) the number of licensed stoker.
When the old boiler is in use or transferred for registration, if the user unit can not mention the above (1), (2) two information, it is allowed to use the following information instead.
(1) the boiler structure schematic and need to account for the strength of the pressurized parts of the diagram;
(2) boiler strength of the pressurized components and safety valve emissions calculation data;
(3) boiler inspection report.
Rated steam pressure less than 0.1MPa (lkgf / cm2) of steam boilers and rated heat less than 0.6Mw (5 × 10 quadratic KCal / n) of hot water boilers in the registration, only need to submit the manufacturer's quality certificate or inspection report. Article IV of the registration authority to review the information submitted for examination after passing the unit shall be issued to the use of "boiler registration card", and in the "boiler registration form" on the seal, together with all the information submitted for examination and returned to the use of units for safekeeping. The Boiler Registration Card shall be kept by the registration authority. Article V boiler after major repairs or remodeling, the use of units must carry the "boiler registration form" and repair or remodeling part of the drawings and construction quality inspection reports and other information, to the original registration authority for the record or change procedures. Article VI boiler demolition and transfer, the original use of units should be the original registration authority for cancellation procedures, return the "boiler registration certificate. All safety technical data of the boiler shall be transferred to the receiving unit with the boiler. The receiving unit shall re-register the boiler. Article 7 When the boiler is scrapped, the user unit to the original registration authority to return the "boiler registration certificate" for cancellation procedures. Can not guarantee the safe operation of the boiler scrapped, is strictly prohibited to be used as a pressurized boiler. Article VIII of one of the following circumstances, should be withdrawn, "Boiler Registration Certificate":
1. more than the periodic inspection cycle, without authorization, overdue inspection;
2. serious hidden dangers endangering safety in the deadline not to repair;
3. management chaos, unauthorized operation, repeated failure to change;
4. confirmed by the test, the boiler must be scrapped. Article IX did not obtain the "boiler registration certificate" of the boiler, are not allowed to put into use. Violation of the provisions of these measures, depending on the severity of the circumstances by the boiler and pressure vessel safety inspection agency to seize or financial penalties. Chapter III By-laws Article X "boiler registration card", "boiler registration form" and "boiler registration card" by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government with reference to the appendix of this approach to uniform printing. Article XI of these measures shall be interpreted by the Ministry of Labor and Personnel Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Bureau.
