How to mix private kelp?
A bag of dried kelp, this is 120g, too much after soaking. You can do it twice and soak it once in 60g.

Soak dried kelp in water for more than eight hours. It's best to boil the water and change it twice.
Boil the soaked kelp silk in a pot. Adding vinegar to stir-fry is more likely to rot.
Peel mustard tuber and cut it into thick shreds. Add a little salt and marinate for a while. Pickled mustard tuber eats more salt. Rinse off the floating salt with clear water and squeeze it dry.
