Steps
1. Put the flower clams in clean water to spit out sand and leave them for at least two hours . Although the silt I bought in the supermarket has been spit out, I was still worried that it would not be clean, so I made it after I went home and kept it in clean water for two hours.
2. Blanch it in boiling water.
3. Blanch the clams and set aside.
4. Slice the garlic and cut the coriander into sections and set aside.
5. Put vegetable oil in the pot, and then add an appropriate amount of dried chili pepper.
6. When the oil is fragrant, add the chopped garlic, then add the blanched clams and stir-fry. Be sure to stir-fry over high heat.
7. Because the clams are already blanched, stir-fry until the aroma is released. Then add the prepared sauce (I used Northeastern fried sauce), and then add Stir-fried cilantro.
8. After the coriander becomes soft, it can be served on a plate. I used Northeastern fried sauce and did not add other seasonings. The sauce has a pure aroma and goes well with rice.
