Dendrobium nobile (scientific name: Dendrobium nobile), also known as bearded, chlorophytum, cymbidium, forbidden, Dendrobium nobile and so on. The stem is erect, fleshy, slightly oblate and cylindrical, with a length of 10~60 cm and a thickness of 1.3 cm. Dendrobium tea

Formula: Dendrobium 15g, Ophiopogon japonicus 10g and green tea 5g.

Methods: Dendrobium, Ophiopogon japonicus and green tea were put into a teacup and boiled with water.

Usage: daily 1 dose, drink frequently instead of tea.

Dendrobium corn silk tea
