Ingredients ?
Scallops 250g
Vermicelli 1 handful
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Steamed fish soy sauce 7g
Garlic Stir-Fry Scallops Directions ?
Wash and dry fresh scallops, soften dried vermicelli, and mince garlic.
Heat the pan with the oil, add the minced garlic and sauté over low heat
Put in the fresh scallops and stir-fry over high heat
Add the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry
The fresh scallops will seep out of the pan, so put in the vermicelli to adsorb the soup
Put it out of the pan.
You can also add some peas to garnish.
Pre-blanch the peas and add them to the pot at the same time as the vermicelli.
Tips
I didn't add salt to this dish because with the addition of steamed fish soy sauce, I felt it was salty enough.
