Materials: 700g pork ribs, 2 potatoes, 20g onions, ginger and garlic, 4-5 dried chili peppers, 5g salt, 10g light soy sauce
Method:
1. For 700g pork ribs Boil it in boiling water to remove impurities and blood.
2. Prepare onions, ginger, garlic and dried chilies.
3. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the onions, ginger, garlic and dried chilies over low heat. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add 3 rice bowls of water. After the water boils, pour all the ingredients in the wok into the pressure cooker and keep the pressure for 30 minutes.
5. After the pressure-holding is completed, add the potatoes, turn them over, and continue to hold the pressure for 10 minutes.
