1. First, pour tap water into a pot and boil it, then pour in salt and pepper in turn, stir evenly for 1 minute and then turn off the heat and let it stand.
2. Put the raw duck eggs into a sealed jar, then pour the boiled pepper water in to submerge the eggs.
3. Finally, seal the jar and place it in a cool place for about a month, and then cook the pickled duck eggs.
