Ingredients: onion, ginger, salt, allspice powder, seafood soy sauce, water starch.
Dice onion and ginger, pork belly and eggplant with water.
Take hot oil out of the pan, add diced pork belly, stir-fry until it changes color, add onion, ginger and seafood soy sauce, stir-fry diced eggplant until soft, add salt and spiced powder, and pour in water starch to thicken.
