Green pepper stuffed with meat
Ingredients to prepare: 500 grams of pork, 5 green peppers.
Method: 1. Add appropriate amount of salt, one spoonful of starch, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of sesame oil, two spoons of light soy sauce, and one spoonful of dark soy sauce into the meat filling, and stir in one direction.
Cut 2 green peppers into sections, make an opening and stuff them with meat filling.
3 Adjust the sauce: Put one spoon of vinegar, two spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of white sugar, one spoon of oyster sauce, and half a bowl of water in a bowl and mix well.
4 Pour oil into the pot, add green pepper and fry until the skin becomes wrinkled, pour in the sauce, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then use high heat to reduce the juice.
