Yellow chili ding winter melon soup

Yellow chili ding 1 strip
Winter melon a little
Scallion moderate

Step 1Yellow chili ding gutted and processed, the back of the fish cut a few slashes.
Step 2Put a little oil in the pot, the oil boiled into the ginger and incense, then into the yellow chili ding fried for about 3 minutes (both sides should be fried)

Step 4After 15 minutes, add the sliced winter melon and simmer for another 10 minutes or so until the soup turns white.
