Neurasthenia is a common mental disorder. It is a kind of mental state due to the long-term persistent overstress of the higher nervous system, causing mild disorders of brain function. Decreased self-control, easy irritability, abnormally high susceptibility to stimuli, especially sensitive, insomnia, dreamy and easy to wake up, persistent pure pain in the head, dizziness, inattention, memory loss, easy to fatigue, palpitations, poor appetite, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation, frequent urination, menstrual disorders, spermatorrhea, and so on. Not all of these symptoms are present in every patient, some of them are only a few of them, and the severity varies. Treatment includes medication. Psychotherapy, and then self-therapy.
