DQ doesn't have a membership card, but in recent years, a couple's key chain (a mobile phone chain in previous years) will be launched on the eve of Valentine's Day. When you go to DQ's store, you can enjoy the second cup of the same specification at half price (equivalent to 75% off two cups).

I've seen a keychain on Taobao. If you love snowstorms and eat them often, it's quite cost-effective. Otherwise, buy it directly. Some websites have coupons to download (but they are usually new).

It doesn't mean much if you buy it yourself. If someone gives it to you, go directly to DQ to buy something, just pay with it. There will be a list to tell you how much money is left in the card.
