① Prepare1000g whole milk, that is, pure milk commonly used at ordinary times. Heat until the milk bubbles and does not need to be boiled. Then turn off the fire.
② Prepare 30 grams of white vinegar and add it to the hot milk three times. When the milk is stirred while pouring, the casein will precipitate when it encounters acidic substances, and then the phenomenon of separation of slag and water will occur.

The transparent liquid at the bottom is whey, which can be directly used as a drink. It tastes sweet and sour and is very nutritious. It can also be used to make bread instead of milk or water.
To get a more delicate cheese, we need to beat it again with a cooking machine. Add a proper amount of whey to the cooking machine, otherwise it won't turn. Beat for about two minutes until smooth.
