How much yeast is put into a catty of wheat flour to make fried dough sticks?
Wheat flour can be made into fried dough sticks. 300g flour, a spoonful of yeast, salt, eggs and water are fermented without kneading, and then cut into strips with a thickness of 1cm and a length of 1cm. Fold every two strips up and down, press them in the middle with narrow wooden strips, rotate and stretch them, then fry them in a hot oil pan to make them swell into a loose one.
