Tutorial on how to make sweet ginkgo and yuba soup:
1. Wash the yuba and break it into small sections. Remove the shell and inner skin of the ginkgo and peel the hard-boiled eggs.
2. Put the ginkgo, yuba and boiled eggs into the soup pot and add appropriate amount of water.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
