In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of the "Rizhao Institute of Vocational Technology Student Academic Records Management Measures", the student himself/herself submits a written application for suspension of study, and receives and fills out the "Application for Suspension" or "Application for Retention of Academic Records" in accordance with the requirements of the Office of Educational Affairs of his/her college

Submits the relevant certificates and documents which are in conformity with the conditions of suspension or retention of academic records. (e.g. students who are suspended due to illness must be diagnosed by the hospital designated by the university at grade 2A or above and provide the original certificate reviewed by the hospital of the university; students who enlist in the military must provide the original certificate of enlistment, etc.)

The relevant person in charge of the college where the student is enrolled shall review the application and sign a clear opinion and stamp the official seal of the college, then the Application for Suspension of Study or Retention of Academic Status as well as the relevant documents shall be reported to the Academic Records and Registration Section of the Office of the Provost. The student will get the notification form of suspension/retention at the Academic Records Management Section and submit it to the relevant departments for the departure procedures as required.
