Ingredients?
2 saury fish
An appropriate amount of peppercorns
4 slices of cabbage
Onions and ginger Appropriate amount of garlic
3 dried chili peppers
How to make saury steak with cabbage?
Wash and chop the saury into small pieces, add cooking wine, thirteen spices, and shredded ginger. Marinate for about ten minutes and fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides (the oil and fish are darker because of the small yellow flowers fried in the previous pot.
